What is your return policy for Hallmark keepsakes and gifts?

We accept returns on most unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized items and seasonal clearance merchandise are final sale.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Can I earn Crown Rewards points on my online purchase?

Yes! You can enter your Hallmark Crown Rewards number at checkout to earn points on qualifying purchases just as you would in our physical store locations.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging your items, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
